What is Fryer Management?

The core of the PuriFry business is the provision of a Fryer Management Services, providing our customers with on site fryer cleaning and filtration on a regular scheduled basis. 

Current practices are for caterers to dispose of their cooking oil on a regular basis one, two or three times a week, possibly every day leading to a huge financial cost and waste output. We call with these customers one, two or three times a week (Every week) and instead of disposing of their oil, filter it to give it additional life, returning it to the deepcleaned fryer for further use, and increasing its usable life by up to 100%!

Whilst our ultimate goal is to reduce our customers operating costs we also provide a huge range of benefits, potentially at no cost them;
