The potential market for our services is vast, with Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Hospitals, Schools, Entertainment Complexes, Canteens, Factories and more all being potential clients, in short, anywhere food is fried.
There are well in excess of 200,000 catering outlets in the UK, of which over 99% do not use any form or Fryer Management Service, leaving vast numbers of potential customers uneducated in the benefits of what we can provide, of which you only need 20-25!
Current practices mean that caterers dispose of their cooking on on a very regular basis, right up to every day, with customers having on average around 60ltrs of oil in their fryers, and the high cost of cooking oil, this means the savings we can offer are greater than ever, increasing the potential for cost savings for our customers and for PuriFry Franchisees enormously.
At PuriFry we already service such well-known names as Radission Blu, Park Inn, Ramada, Holiday Inn, Clarion Hotels and many more, as well as local Health Authorities and various Restaurants, all benefiting from the services we provide, and in Ireland we also work with two of the top three world wide caterers, an association we will build on in GB.
Is a Fryer Management service viable in my area?
Look at what is around, if the population is greater than 200,000 within a realistic drive (ie about 1 hour) then it is a viable proposition - also consider is there any competition, and is the population seasonal? As an example take Brighton, the population itself is 155,000 which is a bit low, but is bolstered by a huge influx of Tourists, an above average number of hotels per head of population, and there are also a number of other high population centres within easy reach - is it a viable area for our services? Yes!
